But after you've learned what to do, you need to apply it and fine tune it to get long-term results. And again, you need the support and feedback to keep you going in the right direction.

This program provides the support, ideas, feedback, resources and inspiration to move you forward with confidence.

They key to the effectiveness of a camp like this is the structure of support. Other members will give you input on your materials, offer resources, give feedback, and provide encouragement. You won't feel like you're working in a vacuum. And you end up getting ideas and information you would never get if you were not in a program like this.

Program Format

This is a 16-week program consisting of 8 sessions total. The upcoming program will focus on the five steps of implementing effective systems, and is conducted once every 2 weeks for 8 sessions.

The program consists of ninety-minute coaching sessions. These coaching sessions will consist of both an online web seminar link and conference calls. You will receive access instructions to join the web seminar portion of the program, and the conference calls are conducted through a telephone bridge line which you can access from anywhere in the world. There will be a maximum of 12 participants for maximum interaction and personal attention.

Each session you'll send in a report, plan or sample materials you're working on to all the other members of the group. In the sessions, we'll all give you feedback, ideas, resources and support to help you take things to the next level. In addition, you'll get homework and assignments and you'll make a promise for what you'll work on between sessions. In other words, we'll " hold your feet to the fire " to make sure you keep moving forward.

What gets covered?

Everyone needs to start the program with a basic working knowledge of the Turnkey Business System . Not everyone will start in exactly the same place. You may or may not have an organizational chart. You may or may not have written job descriptions. It doesn't matter. You start from where you are. During the sessions, we will focus on five major areas that hold you back from implementing effective company-wide systems:

• A step–by–step implementation program - This is always based on the Remodelers Turnkey Program material , but will be more detailed and more personalized. When you are stuck it's often that you don't know exactly where to start. I'll provide that guidance and support, the exact how-to's to get you moving.
• Learning how to delegate effectively – In a growing business, you need to learn how to delegate. In a profession where most owners are “control freaks”, giving tasks away to employees is not easy to do. I will work with you to begin the process of giving those tasks away that are taking too much of your time and not leveraging your professional talents as a business owner.
• Goals, Priorities and Self Management - If you don't manage yourself successfully, you're sunk, even if you know exactly how to do something. Each participant will work every week on planning and prioritizing to not only fit system’s centered activities into your schedule but to manage your total business with less struggle and effort.
• Additional Resources - You can't do everything alone. And as you learn various strategies you'll need several outside resources, both technical and non-technical to help you make things work. I'll either provide you with these resources or help you find them.
• Breaking Through Resistance - If we didn't have resistance, fears and hesitation we could accomplish anything. We could rise to the top of our fields quickly and with less effort. We could become master business owners in months, not years. But the resistance is real, and unless you know how to work with it, it will remain real. In the course of the program you'll master tools to diss olve any resistance to your own business development and move on.

The Turnkey Virtual Boot Camp is paid for in 3 installments of $350. The first installment is due upon acceptance of your application. The second installment is due after the first 3 sessions, the third after the first 6 sessions.
